Comment from Associate Professor Kimura
It is said that “Two heads are better than one”, but the achievement of a group does not always exceed the sum of individuals. Based on this problem awareness, we conducted an experimental group discussion on workplace cases and examined the effects on creative thinking attitudes of individuals in this paper.
The analysis results presented interesting insights into groups and creativity: people with low conscientiousness tend to be more creative, whereas people with high agreeableness tend to suppress the diffusion of ideas when the interaction within a team becomes active.
