  *Many collaborative programs were planned between various faculties of the Niigata University and the University of Peradeniya during the year 2020. The pandemic caused a halt to travel between countries, there by the activities had to be put off for a period of time until normalcy returns. Nevertheless the link stays strong and will be active once more in the near future.
