Notification of Absence from Niigata University International House
When residents stay out the House for an extended period, take a trip, or return to their own countries for vacation, they must report the plan by submitting “Notification of Absence from Niigata University International House” via Forms.
Students must inform of their temporary leave in advance so that the university can confirm residents’ safety in case any emergency situation such as unexpected natural disasters should occur.

Multipurpose Hall
If you wish to use Multipurpose Hall for the purpose of holding a meeting, event, etc., please be sure to submit the “Niigata University International House Common Facilities Use Application” via Forms and obtain permission.

Guidelines for Using the Form
To use the application form, you must sign in with your university Microsoft account.
When signing in from an off?campus network, “two?factor authentication (2FA)” is also required.
