Niigata University (NU) offers the Summer Program 2024. The program is designed for students from our partner universities who will learn remotely from their home country with NU students. It provides students with opportunities to contribute to the globalizing world in different social settings in the future. Program participants can interact with each other through collaborative online international learning (COIL).

We hope this program contributes to expand participants’ horizon and evoke their interest toward studying at Niigata University in the future.

Summer Program 2024

The program will be conducted online entirely from August 19, 2024 to August 22, 2024. If you are currently enrolled as a degree-seeking student in a university with which Niigata University has concluded a student exchange agreement, apply now!

How to apply

Please read the application guideline carefully and follow the necessary steps as shown below.

　　STEP1:

　　Applicants must consult with the coordinator of their home university and express their intention of participating in the program.

　　STEP2:

　　Applicants must be selected by partner universities, and the letter of recommendation must be submitted by coordinators to intl@adm.niigata-u.ac.jp by July 5, 2024 (JST).?

　　The format of the letter of recommendation will be sent to the coordinators via e-mail.

　　STEP3:

　　Students who wish to participate in the program must fill in the necessary information by accessing the URL or scanning the QR code below by July 5, 2024 (JST).
