President Takahashi advised the enrolled international students to be cautious about their health during the summer vacation. Then, he sent a message to those who were going to return to their home universities: "Please remember what you experienced in this university and take it to your heart. If you have a chance, please visit Niigata University again." Following the President, an exchange student from Hanyan University in South Korea spoke for the international students in Japanese.
